When you purchase a product, we collect:
Some products are sold through Gumroad.com, which acts as the merchant of record for that purchase. In that case, Gumroad collects your payment and contact data directly and is the data controller for that transaction — see Gumroad's own privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy. We only receive what Gumroad shares with us (e.g. aggregate sales data).
We also collect anonymous usage data via Facebook Pixel (page views, purchase events) for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for order fulfilment, legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for invoicing, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and advertising analytics.
Order and invoice data is retained for 10 years to comply with Czech accounting law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@peshekdesign.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ, uoou.cz).
We use the Facebook Pixel, which sets cookies for advertising measurement. No other cookies are used. The Pixel only loads after you actively accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you reject or ignore it, no Pixel cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
