1. Seller information

2. Products

All products sold in this store are digital goods (downloadable files, templates). No physical products are shipped. Products are delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Pricing and VAT

Prices are displayed in USD.
For products purchased directly on this site (via Stripe): Czech and EU private customers pay 21% Czech VAT at checkout; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID get reverse charge (0% VAT); customers outside the EU pay 0% VAT. A VAT invoice is issued automatically and sent by email with your purchase.
For products purchased via Gumroad: Gumroad acts as the merchant of record and calculates, collects, and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax itself, based on your location. Gumroad issues its own receipt for the purchase.

4. Payment

Direct purchases on this site are processed securely by Stripe; we accept all major credit and debit cards and never store payment card data. Some products are sold instead through Gumroad.com — for those, Gumroad is your contractual counterparty for the purchase and processes payment under its own terms, available at gumroad.com/terms. Payment is due at time of purchase either way.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your files within 1 hour, please contact hello@peshekdesign.com.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery of digital content that has already been accessed.

If the product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund. For direct purchases, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For purchases made via Gumroad, the refund is issued by Gumroad through its own platform — you can also request it directly from your Gumroad receipt email.

7. Licence

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly.

8. Intellectual property

All products, including design, content, and structure, are the intellectual property of Peshek Design. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". Peshek Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
